From welcome emails to filling our calendar, Krissy ensures every piece is in place before event day. Her organized mind and creative touch bring structure, strategy, and a little sparkle to each gathering.

Gennan, our talented Social Media Manager, is the creative force behind our captivating online presence. She crafts engaging posts, designs eye-catching flyers, and edits stunning photos and videos to highlight our events. Gennan grows our online presence by sharing content to Stories, updating Highlights, and re-sharing posts from members. By connecting with fellow Central Coast vendors, engaging in meaningful comments, and promptly responding to messages, she fosters an interactive community. Her dedication to marketing ensures our organization stays visible and vibrant in the Central Coast event industry.

April is the backbone of our communication efforts, ensuring our community stays connected and informed. She meticulously crafts and sends out monthly mixer invitations to our entire network, inviting new and returning members to join us. Her dedication to detail extends to maintaining our contact list, promptly adding new connections to our distribution list. Joe, our ever-affable Event Host, sets the tone for our events with his warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Christine is our coordination queen and the driving force behind the smooth execution of every CCEN mixer. She works closely with DonnaRae to handle vendor communication, track important documents like COIs and spotlight questionnaires, and make sure every participant is prepped and ready to shine. Together, they form a powerhouse duo—tackling logistics, fielding questions, and keeping everything on track with calm confidence. On event day, Christine is one of the first to arrive, ensuring vendors are welcomed, key areas are set, and the event stays on schedule. DonnaRae works together with Christine and is a vital member of our coordination team. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, can-do attitude, she plays a key role in keeping our mixers running smoothly from start to finish. DonnaRae assists with vendor questionnaires, helps manage event details, and ensures that all spotlight participants are supported and set up for success.
