Vanessa, co-founder of CCEN alongside Krissy, is the backbone of our organization. She excels in maintaining order, ensuring Committee accountability, training new team members, and steering us steadily on track. Renowned for her meticulous organizational skills, Vanessa crafts streamlined processes and workflows, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks. A maestro behind the scenes, she expertly manages back-end data and injects innovation into our endeavors. Notably, Vanessa is a driving force in the continuous development and upkeep of our website, ensuring it remains a dynamic hub for all things CCEN.

Krissy, Lead Planner and co-founder of CCEN, is the architect behind every seamless mixer. She’s the one gathering all the critical details weeks in advance—securing venues, scheduling vendor spotlights, and keeping everything running on a masterfully managed timeline. From welcome emails to filling our calendar, Krissy ensures every piece is in place before event day. Her organized mind and creative touch bring structure, strategy, and a little sparkle to each gathering.

Our talented Social Media Manager is the creative force behind our captivating online presence. They craft engaging posts, designs eye-catching flyers, and edit stunning photos and videos to highlight our events. They grow our online presence by sharing content to Stories, updating Highlights, and re-sharing posts from members. By connecting with fellow Central Coast vendors, engaging in meaningful comments, and promptly responding to messages, they foster an interactive community. Their dedication to marketing ensures our organization stays visible and vibrant in the Central Coast event industry.

Joe, our ever-affable Event Host, sets the tone for our events with his warm welcome and efficient check-in process. He ensures a seamless experience for all attendees, guiding them through the evening's activities and addressing any questions or concerns. Beyond his hosting duties, Joe is a valuable asset to our planning team, actively contributing to the recruitment of exciting Vendor Spotlights and the identification of captivating venues for future mixers. His dedication to creating memorable events is invaluable to the success of Central Coast Event Network.

Christine is our Data Entry & Invitation Specialist and the driving force behind CCEN’s communication and contact management. She maintains our database of event professionals, ensuring new subscribers, Vendor Spotlights, and mixer attendees are accurately added, labeled, and ready to receive invitations.

She manages the CCEN inbox, prepares and sends email invitations and RSVP reminders, and keeps event details, flyers, links, and deadlines up to date. Her organized approach and attention to detail help ensure every CCEN mixer is clearly communicated and well-attended.

DonnaRae is our Compliance Coordinator and the point person for keeping Vendor and Venue Spotlights organized and on track. She manages spotlight questionnaires, handles follow-ups, and updates the mixer calendar so the committee always has a clear view of each event’s status.

She also oversees Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and tracking, ensuring vendors meet venue requirements on time. In addition, DonnaRae partners with the Planner to identify and recruit any missing Vendor or Venue Spotlights, serving as a friendly, knowledgeable contact throughout the process.
